We provide a comfortable robe and slippers but recommend you wear comfortable clothing also. Advise us ahead of time of any allergies or food reactions you have, medications you are taking or if you are using Retin-A.
 
A 50% deposit is required if you are booking packages or three or more services. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for spa services.

A 50% fee, of booked services, will be charged if notification is not received within 24 hours of scheduled service time.

A 50% cancellation fee will also be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. If you fail to arrive for your appointment, a "no-show" fee will be charged.

To maintain our healthy ambiance, no smoking is permitted. Our clients desire our tranquil environment. We regretfully cannot accommodate children during your service or treatment.

In order to make your spa experience more relaxed and enjoyable, please arrive a half hour early for your appointment so that you can change into your robe, fill out the necessary forms and relax. (If you are more than 15 minutes late we will accommodate you to the best of our ability).

We accept Visa and Master Card at The Royal Image. Payment by check is welcome with proper identification.

If your service is a gift, please mention your gift certificate number when booking your appointment. Bring your gift certificate with you at the time of your service. Gift certificates expire ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. We cannot extend any gift certificate for any reason. No refunds on gift certificates.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. You may exchange for other services of equal value. Gift Certificates purchased for services can only be used for services. Due to the complexity involved in scheduling Spa Packages, they may not be altered or changed. However, a customized package, which best suits your individual needs, can be designed for you.

It is our policy to confirm a client's appointment one or two days before the appointment time, to assure the scheduled date, time and service. Please do not rely on this as a reminder.

In the event your chosen stylist is completely booked, please ask to be put on our cancellation list so that we may call you if an appointment opens sooner than your scheduled appointment.

Bang Trims: A clients haircut can last anywhere from 4-8 weeks, but sometimes their bangs cannot. Bang trims are complimentary to any client who had their hair cut with us. A bang trim is as suggested by the name, if any other part of the hair is attended to this will be classed as a hair cut. Just call and ask for a bang trim we'll work you into our schedule - no shampoo or styling is necessary.

Gratuities are not included, but are appreciated.
